In The old town of york, brought up by the duke, a strong young man with great talent was raised with the finest of knights clothing, and was trained from a boy to be a knight. When he was old enough he started to attend the great jousts, and then went on to join the battle in the Arab countries as a crusader. When he returned home, now about forty three, Harold was a strong honorable knight, with nothing to do with all of his might and strength, and was called upon by Leofwin of Lindnis to become a black knight. Seeing the cause just and noble, and seeing that they would need a third player, he joined the league, and received a set of black armor.
